The Monster of Cartago
The Monster of Cartago
Deep in the forrest of Cartago, there were several treasure hunters looking for golden artifacts. They decided to venture in ancient ruins that were rumored to be cursed. As soon as they entered, a huge orange beast jumped out at them. "AHHH" cried the treasure hunters. The monster had used it's huge sickle like claws to slash the legs of one man. The men hurried out into the open forrest with the monster on their heels. The monster was seven feet in length, and had ears that resemble a rabbit's. It's talons were more than three feet long each. The monster let out a terrible shriek! The treasure hunters thought that they were doomed. The monster started running toward them and just as it was getting ready to pounce, a huge tree came down and hit it on the head. The treasure hunters were able to safely return to the city. When telling their story to others, they realized that they needed a name for the beast. They decided to call it the Cartalon.
